Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and disputes for products and auctions. By using my services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Policy for Products

Refundable Products:

  • Products marked as refundable allow buyers to request a refund from the vendor.
  • Refund requests must be initiated via the designated refund option in the cart or order history.
  • Refund requests are subject to vendor approval. Vendors may require a valid reason or evidence to process the refund.
  • For credit card transactions, certain response codes are non-refundable. These include: 00, 01, 02, 08, 10, 11, 16, 85, 100, 110, 150, and 201.
  • All other response codes, including 05 are eligible for a refund if the card was purchased as refundable.

Non-Refundable Products:

  • Products marked as non-refundable cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  • The non-refundable status will be clearly displayed on the product page and in the cart before purchase.

Refund Mode Based on User Tiers:

  • Users in Tier 0 and Tier 1 accounts do not have access to refund options (Refund Mode: Off).
  • Higher-tier users have access to refunds for eligible products. For more details, see our User Tiers and Refund Policy.

Auction Refund Policy

Escrow Agreements:

  • Buyers participating in auctions with escrow must agree to the terms of the sale, including the release of funds to the seller upon delivery of the product or service.
  • Once funds are released, no refunds or disputes are permitted.

Disputes:

  • If a buyer is dissatisfied and does not release funds, they may initiate a dispute.
  • Disputes will be reviewed by a staff member, who will determine whether the funds should be released to the seller or refunded to the buyer.
  • The decision made by the staff member is final and binding.

General Refund Terms

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the original form of payment or as store credit.
  • Buyers are encouraged to review product and auction details carefully before completing a purchase.
  • Misuse of the refund system, including fraudulent claims, may result in account suspension or termination.
